If name not found in the final electoral roll, please apply in Form-6 either online through www.ceodelhi.gov.in or www.nvsp.in. or Voter Portal; voterportal.eci.gov.in Else, submit duly filled in Form-6 along with requisite documents at Voter Centre of your Assembly Constituency or at nearest Common Service Centres(CSCs). List of Voter Centres& Common Service Centres(CSCs) is available on www.ceodelhi.gov.in
