The
applicant seeking information under Right to Information Act, 2005
is required to deposit an application fee of Rs. 10/- by way of cash
against proper receipt or by Demand Draft or Banker Cheque payable
to the Accounts Officer of the department. However, the applicant
should specifically state that he/she is seeking information under
RTI Act, 2005. Applications received through E-mail without the
said detail shall be treated as ordinary mail and
processed accordingly.
